6. Cancellation Policy

We maintain transparent guidelines for the allocation and cancellation of cohort registry slots.

I. Cohort Cancellation Terms

Students may cancel their admissions application or active cohort registry slots before the official start date of their cohort:

• Cancellation Before Cohort Launch: If cancellation is requested before the cohort begins, a complete refund will be processed (minus minimal transaction charges of 3%).
• Cancellation After Cohort Launch: Cancellations requested after the cohort start date are processed immediately, but tuition fee returns must satisfy the 7-day, 20%-content limits of our standard Refund Policy.

II. How to Request Cancellation

Dispatched cancellation telemetries should be submitted by emailing our support desk at office@ameexo.com. Please specify your full name, registered email address, active Course Name, and dynamic Transaction ID. Cancellation slot releases are completed within 5 business days of verification.
