1. Cancellation Prior to Class Attendance

A student who has paid the full undiscounted course fee and has not attended any class may request cancellation prior to reaching the applicable cutoff to be eligible for a full refund.

2. Discounted Enrollments (Non-Cancellable for Refund)

Any enrollment made using a discount, coupon, promotional offer, scholarship, special offer, or reduced course fee is strictly non-refundable. Cancellation of such enrollments does not entitle the student to any refund.

3. Cancellation After Class Attendance

Once a student reaches the non-refundable class attendance cutoff, no refund will be issued. Specifically, attending 2 to 3 classes renders the enrollment completely non-refundable.

4. Partial Payment Cancellation

Students who have made only a partial payment must complete their remaining balance to receive full course access and services. Canceling an enrollment on which only partial payment was made does not create eligibility for a refund of the partial amount.

5. Cancellation Procedure

To submit a cancellation request, email office@ameexo.com with your registered student details, program name, and invoice number.
