I. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing AMEEXO platform systems, compiler sandboxes, specifications assets, or student portals, you agree to comply with and execute standard compliance boundaries under AMEEXO Global Inc. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must terminate your connections immediately.
II. Course Access Rules
Active study dashboard accounts and dynamic compiler registry keys are valid for a single student node. Shared account access, multi-device concurrent log-ins, or credentials distribution is prohibited and results in immediate key cancellation. Your access license is non-transferable and remains active for exactly 12 months from the cohort start date.
III. User Account Responsibilities
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials keys. You agree to assume full responsibility for all activities, code compilation runs, and queries executed under your registry node. If you detect unauthorized credentials usage, you must dispatch alert coordinates to office@ameexo.com within 24 hours.
IV. Intellectual Property Rights
All 3D deforming WebGL graphics shaders, Three.js liquid core codes, interactive React life-cycle compiler templates, PDF compilation engines, and custom tech curriculum matrices are the exclusive, protected intellectual property of AMEEXO Academy. Copying, distributing, republishing, or reverse engineering these assets is illegal and will be prosecuted under national and international IP statutes.
V. Prohibited Activities
Students and visitors are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following behaviors:
- Attempting to bypass portal session layers, authentication tokens, or database firewalls.
- Injecting or compiling malicious scripts, network crawlers, or SQL injections inside the browser compiler sandboxes.
- Bulk scraping AMEEXO syllabi, course materials, video streams, or coding projects.
- Distributing portal access keys or course media to unverified third-party groups.
VI. Limitation of Liability
AMEEXO Academy offers advanced training nodes for educational purposes. We are not liable for compiler outputs, PyTorch dimensional tensor errors in production systems, user code deployment stability, or any loss of profits, data, or reputation arising from the use or inability to use our platform services.
VII. Termination of Access
AMEEXO reserves the absolute right to suspend or terminate student credentials keys and cohort portal access immediately, without prior warning, if you violate any clauses in these terms, fail to pay due tuition fees, engage in plagiarism, or abuse community support structures.
VIII. Governing Law
Any disputes, credentials alignment errors, or legal challenges arising under AMEEXO Global Inc. services shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the High Court of Karnataka, Bengaluru.
