Terms & Conditions
LAST REVISED: SEPTEMBER 2026These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Student,” or “you”) and AMEEXO LLP (“Ameexo Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of ameexo.com, our learning management portal, enrolled training programs, and live sessions.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By creating an account, browsing the website, or enrolling in any course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age or possess the legal consent of a parent or guardian to enroll.
2. Account Registration and Security
You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete registration information. Student accounts and login credentials are non-transferable and intended solely for the enrolled learner. Sharing, transferring, or reselling account credentials without written authorization is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension without refund. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
3. Course Enrollment and Access Period
Course access will remain available for the period specified for the applicable course, program, subscription, or enrollment at the time of purchase. Access periods, recorded class availability, and learning portal access commence on the date of batch onboarding or account activation.
4. Fees, Payments and Taxes
All course tuition fees, installment plans, and advance booking deposits are clearly stated in Indian Rupees (INR) or supported currencies at checkout. Payments are securely processed through Razorpay. Applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), are calculated in accordance with statutory regulations.
5. Fees, Partial Payments and Refund Terms
All course tuition fees are payable as specified at enrollment. If a student pays only part of the applicable course fee, the remaining balance must be paid to receive the complete course and services offered by AMEEXO. Partial payments do not grant eligibility for refunds. A full refund is available only when a student has paid the full undiscounted course fee, has not attended any class, and submits a request before the applicable cutoff. All enrollments made using discounts, coupons, scholarships, or promotional offers are strictly non-refundable. Attending 2 to 3 classes renders the enrollment non-refundable. 6. Curriculum Updates and Schedule Modifications
To maintain current industry relevance in rapid technology disciplines, AMEEXO reserves the right to update curriculum modules, adjust lesson sequencing, or reassign faculty. While we strive to maintain scheduled live batch timings, schedule adjustments may occasionally occur due to public holidays, faculty emergencies, or technical maintenance, with prior notice communicated to students.
7. Academic Integrity & Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain professional conduct during live sessions, discussion boards, and community channels. Plagiarism, disruptive behavior, harassment of faculty or peers, unauthorized recording of sessions, or unauthorized distribution of proprietary course materials will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All curriculum materials, video lectures, coding assignments, assessments, documentation, and design assets developed by AMEEXO are the exclusive intellectual property of AMEEXO LLP or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, resale, or other misuse may violate applicable intellectual-property laws and may result in suspension of access and/or legal action. Third-party software tools and open-source libraries used during courses remain the property of their respective creators and are governed by their respective licenses. Code independently authored by students during capstone projects remains the intellectual property of the student.
9. Placement and Career Support
Ameexo Academy provides structured career preparation services, including resume reviews, mock interviews, and career guidance workshops. Ameexo Academy does not guarantee employment, job offers, or specific salary outcomes. Hiring decisions rest solely with independent prospective employers.
10. Verified Certificates
Certificates of Completion are awarded to students who meet the academic completion criteria, including attendance and project evaluations. Certificates include a unique Certificate ID and QR code verifiable on our official portal (ameexo.com/verify).
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AMEEXO LLP and its partners, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total aggregate liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total tuition fee paid by you for the specific course giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

14. Corporate Bug Bounties & Safe Harbor Legal Waiver
Ameexo Academy facilitates educational bug bounty and application security sandboxes in collaboration with corporate tech partners. All security testing is strictly confined to designated staging, sandbox, or sanitized repositories. Participating students and corporate partners are governed by our mutual Safe Harbor Legal Waiver, which immunizes good-faith academic vulnerability research from civil or criminal liability under Sections 43 and 66 of the Information Technology Act 2000 and applicable cyber laws. Testing against unauthorized production infrastructure is strictly forbidden and constitutes a material breach resulting in immediate expulsion.
15. Talent Reverse Auction, Corporate Placement MSA & Warranty
Corporate recruitment conducted through the Ameexo Talent Reverse Auction is governed by our Corporate Placement Master Services Agreement (MSA). Hiring partners agree to our standard placement fee (8.33% to 12% of first-year fixed CTC) payable net 30 days from candidate joining date. Every candidate placement is backed by our 90-Day Replacement Warranty: if a placed candidate departs within ninety (90) calendar days of joining, Ameexo Academy provides a qualified replacement candidate at zero additional charge. Token interview deposits are securely processed and held in escrow via Razorpay Route.
16. CSR Fellowships & Statutory Grants (Companies Act 2013 Section 135)
Institutional funding, fellowships, and student stipends funded by corporate social responsibility programs operate under Section 135 and Schedule VII Item (ii) of the Companies Act 2013 (Promoting education and employment-enhancing vocational skills). Funds are received and disbursed via verified statutory non-profit and educational vehicles with 80G and 12A tax exemption eligibility. Living stipends are disbursed directly to enrolled fellows via automated bank transfer (IMPS/NEFT) with immutable audit documentation.
