3. Refund Policy
We maintain complete clarity in our admissions registry. Because cohort keys are strictly limited, we operate under a precise, fair Refund Policy.
I. Refund Availability & Eligibility Window
IMPORTANT POLICY CLAUSE: Fees once paid are generally non-refundable. Refund requests submitted within 7 days of enrollment may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis provided less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
II. Conditions for Refunds
To trigger a valid refund request review, you must satisfy all parameters below:
- The request must be dispatched via email to
office@ameexo.comwithin exactly 7 calendar days of your payment. - The system database logs must verify that less than 20% of the technical curriculum modules has been loaded or accessed by your credentials key.
- No verified certificate of completion has been generated for your registry slot.
- Your student credentials node key must be intact and not flagged for concurrent sharing breach.
III. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund evaluations will be processed under the following circumstances:
- The request is submitted after 7 calendar days from tuition payment.
- The credentials node activity log confirms that 20% or more of the course materials has been opened or loaded.
- You have initiated, completed, or submitted Capstone sandbox projects.
- Your account was suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
IV. Processing Time
Approved refund requests are settled within 7 to 10 business days. Returns are routed dynamically via Stripe or Razorpay backend APIs back to the original source bank account or credit card utilized during tuition capture.
