1. Full Refund Eligibility Criteria

A full refund of the course fee is available strictly and exclusively when all of the following conditions are met:

• The student paid the full applicable undiscounted course fee in its entirety.
• The student has not attended any class (zero live sessions or class attendance).
• The written refund request is formally submitted to office@ameexo.com before attending the applicable refund cutoff.

2. Discounted Enrollments (Strictly Non-Refundable)

Any enrollment made using a discount, coupon code, promotional offer, scholarship, special offer, or reduced course fee is strictly non-refundable, even if the student has paid the discounted fee amount in full. No refunds, partial or full, shall be granted for discounted or promotional enrollments.

3. Class Attendance Cutoff

Once a student reaches the non-refundable class attendance cutoff, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. Specifically, if a student attends 2 to 3 classes, the enrollment becomes entirely non-refundable. (Note: The exact administrative cutoff between 2 and 3 classes is designated per program cohort; once this threshold is reached, eligibility for any refund ceases immediately.)

4. Partial Payment Policy

If a student has paid only part of the applicable course fee, the student must pay the remaining applicable amount to receive the complete course and services offered by Ameexo Academy. Partial payment does not create eligibility for a full refund or full course access.

5. Additional Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refund shall be issued in any of the following events:

• Requests submitted after reaching the applicable class attendance cutoff.
• Programs where the student enrolled under any discount, promotional, or scholarship scheme.
• Programs where an official Certificate of Completion has already been issued.
• Account suspension or termination resulting from violations of Academic Integrity, Terms & Conditions, or code of conduct.

6. How to Submit a Refund Request

Eligible refund requests must be sent in writing to office@ameexo.com containing your full legal name, registered email address, enrollment invoice number, and proof of full undiscounted payment. Valid requests are reviewed and processed back to the original payment source.
