AMEEXO LLP operates the educational platform Ameexo Academy from its office located at 5/23, 2nd Cross, Vinayak Nagar, Nyanappana Halli, Hulimavu, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560067, India. This policy applies to all visitors, registered students, job applicants, and prospective learners who access our portal, courses, live online sessions, or related digital services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal and technical information to provide educational services, process course enrollments, verify academic milestones, and communicate administrative updates:

• Student Account Information: Full legal name, email address, contact telephone number, and account credentials created during registration.
• Course Enrollment & Academic Records: Enrolled courses, cohort assignments, attendance records, assignment submissions, assessment scores, project evaluations, and certificate issuance records.
• Contact & Inquiry Information: Inquiries submitted via web forms, chat messages, support emails, and direct correspondence.
• Payment Transaction Information: Payment reference ID, order ID, payment method, transaction date, and amount paid. Full debit/credit card numbers, bank passwords, and UPI MPINs are collected and processed directly by our RBI-authorized payment partner (Razorpay) and are never stored on AMEEXO servers.
• Authentication Information: Account identifiers and secure authentication tokens handled through Firebase Authentication.
• Device & Technical Usage Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, time stamp, and aggregate interaction logs.
• Student Project & Portfolio Submissions: Source code, presentations, and project artifacts voluntarily submitted for coursework evaluation.

3. Cookies and Web Analytics

We use essential cookies (such as connect.sid.next) to manage student login sessions and navigation security. We also utilize Google Analytics (cookies such as _ga, _gid) to measure website traffic and aggregate visitor trends, and Meta Pixel (such as _fbp) to evaluate marketing campaign performance. You can manage or disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings.

4. WhatsApp & Email Communications

We communicate critical admissions updates, batch schedules, assignment deadlines, fee receipts, and live session links via official email (office@ameexo.com) and WhatsApp messages through the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. Students may opt out of non-essential promotional messages at any time while retaining critical transactional and academic alerts.

5. AI & Automated Learning Tools

Where students interact with automated learning assistants, coding practice hints, or curriculum navigation aids, conversation inputs are processed solely to deliver educational feedback. Personal data is not sold or shared with external model developers for unauthorized commercial profiling.

6. How Information Is Used

Personal information is used exclusively for legitimate educational and administrative purposes, including:

• Administering course enrollments, live classes, assignments, and learning resources.
• Issuing verified certificates of completion with unique Certificate IDs.
• Processing tuition fees and issuing official tax invoices.
• Providing student support, academic counseling, and technical troubleshooting.
• Facilitating career preparation services, resume reviews, and interview prep workshops.
• Complying with applicable statutory, tax, and legal obligations in India.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

We engage verified third-party technology providers to support platform functionality:

• Payment Processing: Razorpay Software Private Limited (authorized by RBI).
• Authentication & Cloud Infrastructure: Google Firebase, MongoDB Atlas, and secure cloud hosting providers.
• Communications: Meta WhatsApp Cloud API and transactional SMTP email relays.
• Analytics: Google Analytics.

These service providers process data strictly on our instructions under confidentiality and security agreements.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data for the duration of your active enrollment and for a reasonable period thereafter to maintain student academic records, verify certificates for employers, fulfill accounting and tax obligations, and resolve any administrative disputes.

9. Security Measures

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, misuse, or destruction. These measures include encrypted communication protocols (TLS/HTTPS), role-based database access permissions, password hashing, and regular security reviews. However, no internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we urge students to protect their login credentials.

10. Data Correction & Deletion Requests

Students may review, update, or request correction of inaccurate personal information in their student profile. You may also request deletion of personal information, subject to our statutory duty to retain transaction records, tax invoices, and verified certificate credentials. 11. Minors & Children's Information

Our educational courses are intended for adults aged 18 and above, or for minors who enroll with the explicit knowledge and verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian. If we discover that personal information of an unaccompanied minor has been collected without parental consent, we will promptly delete such records.
