1. Academic Criteria for Certificate Issuance

Certificates are awarded to enrolled students who satisfy the following criteria:

• Consistent attendance and participation in scheduled live lectures and lab sessions.
• Satisfactory completion and submission of core module assignments.
• Successful completion and mentor evaluation of the designated course capstone project.
• Strict compliance with Academic Integrity policies and the absence of disciplinary violations.

2. Online Certificate Verification Portal

Every official certificate issued by Ameexo Academy contains an alphanumeric Certificate Verification ID and a scannable QR code. Employers and educational institutions can verify the authenticity of any certificate in real time via our official online verification portal at ameexo.com/verify (e.g., https://ameexo.com/verify/[CertificateID]).

The verification system displays the recipient's verified name, enrolled course title, issue date, and credential status directly from our database records, preventing credential fraud.

3. Replacement and Revocation

Students may request a digital re-issuance of their certificate by emailing office@ameexo.com. Ameexo Academy reserves the right to revoke any certificate if it is subsequently discovered that the credential was obtained through plagiarism, misrepresentation, unauthorized account sharing, or academic misconduct.
