13. Mentor & Trainer Policy

At AMEEXO Academy, we maintain extreme pedagogical standards. All instructors are verified experts in modern software architecture.

I. Instructor Eligibility Criteria

• Big Tech Vetting: Mentors must hold senior software engineer or research scientist credentials at top-tier tech firms.
• Academic Excellence: Instructors must verify comprehensive conceptual expertise in deep learning, concurrent computing, or advanced web layers.

II. Mentor Responsibilities

Mentors must deliver active cohort sessions, answer student queries inside the portals, audit sandbox compiler metrics, and coordinate curriculum updates to match global tech standards. Mentors are subjected to strict evaluation SLA targets, maintaining student satisfaction scores of at least 4.5 out of 5.0.
