13. Mentor & Trainer Policy

Ameexo Academy upholds rigorous pedagogical and professional standards for all instructional faculty, mentors, and teaching assistants.

I. Instructor Qualification & Verification Standards

• Professional Industry Experience: Instructors and mentors are vetted practitioners with substantial hands-on experience in software engineering, artificial intelligence, cloud architectures, or data science.
• Subject-Matter Expertise: Faculty must demonstrate thorough theoretical and practical mastery of the subjects they teach, with a commitment to current engineering practices.
• Pedagogical Competence: Instructors are evaluated on their ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly, guide live coding sessions, and foster an inclusive learning environment.

II. Faculty Responsibilities & Quality Assurance

Instructors are responsible for delivering scheduled live cohort sessions, reviewing student project implementations, answering technical questions, and participating in curriculum updates. We conduct ongoing student feedback surveys and session audits to ensure high instructional quality and student satisfaction across all programs.
